ZDTech Electro-Separation Unit
ZDTech® Electro-Separation utilises computerised Pulsed Electric Field to rapidly oxidise and flocculate dissolved solid (TDS) in waste water without using any chemicals as in chemical flocculation process, or self‐sacrificing electrodes as in Electro‐coagulation process.
ZDTech® Electro-Separation ionises water into O-, H+, and OH-, these ions then oxidise and flocculate dissolved solids into forming larger non-reactive particles that can be easily filtered away from water.
Grease, germs, hardness and heavy metals are removed during the process. Treated water becomes odourless, clear, clean and germ‐free. Most importantly, treated water are safe to be reused.
ZDTech's Electro-Separation is energy efficient and help reducing costs by reducing chemical usage, operation cost, and cost of investment in complicated large scale treatment plant.

Non-sacrificing Electrodes made from titanium, platinum or MMO depending on water properties.
Microprocessor Controlled System:
Optimises system parameters according to dissolved components, electrical conductivity, input and output temperatures etc.
Enables energy-usage optimisation, ensures complete separation process of the output water, and provides ease of operational management.
Electricity Supply Voltage:
Available in both 110 to 220 voltage system, single or three‐phase system, and in star or delta connection.
IoT:
IoT for real time monitoring of treatment process flow can be installed for ease of operational monitoring and data collections.
